Texas, practicing primarily in criminal defense since 2015.  He received his J.D. in 2015 from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he attended as a Dean’s List Scholar.

Mr. Daredia is former Prosecutor with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Daredia tried numerous jury trials, worked with law enforcement agencies across the state, and learned what tactics the prosecution will use against you.

Mr. Daredia has also worked as a Federal Attorney with the United States Small Business Administration. He investigated fraud and financial crimes during his time there, which provided him with the experience to handle a wide array of federal cases.

As a defense attorney Mr. Daredia has handled thousands of felony criminal cases. He has successfully handled, Capital Murder, Murder, Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Intoxication Assault, Fraud, Forgery, Embezzlement, and numerous other serious felonies.

Mr. Daredia is also licensed to practice in the United States Northern and Eastern District of Texas Federal Courts as well as the United States Tax Court since 2016.

Over his career, he has received numerous acquittals in serious felony cases and he continues to be an aggressive criminal defense attorney for his clients in the courtroom.

Mr. Daredia is currently a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and Dallas County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
